Below will show you how to backup the files, and recreate these files.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Log into your SmartCentre Server and run the following commands,<\/p>\n<p class=\"codemulti\"><span face=\"tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">cpstop<br \/>cd $FWDIR\/conf<br \/>mkdir svm_bkup<br \/>mv applications.C* svm_bkup\/<br \/>mv CPMILinksMgr.db* svm_bkup\/<br \/>cpstart<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span face=\"tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Check the the files have been recreated,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"codemulti\"><span face=\"tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif\"> ls -l application* CPMILinks*<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span face=\"tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Now log back into the SmartView Monitor. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Issue The SmartView Monitor shows the status of your gateway as &#8220;Disconnected&#8221;.
