In order to add a machine to the Active Directory (Domain) or to allow you machine to speak with a Domain Controller you will need to open the following ports,
LDAP – TCP+UDP/389
DNS – UDP/53
SMB – UDP/138
SMB – TCP/445
Kerberos – UDP/88
